Painting radiators
- Radiators should be turned off and only painted when completely cold. The longer you can leave them turned off for the paint to dry, the better
- Traditionally, a solvent-based paint is used on radiators, but now water-based paints can also be used. Better check the manufacturer’s instructions before you begin
- Paint the radiators the same colour as the wall to help them blend in with the rest of the room
